Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Bell Cart/Valet attendant to escort guests, handle luggage, and maintain a pristine valet and bell stand area. You will work with Security to flag any suspicious or unclaimed luggage and ensure tickets are correctly issued upon arrival and departure.

The role requires standing/walking for shifts, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and a polished appearance with strong communication skills. Compliance with gaming regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Must maintain clean driving record and valid state driver license.
• Must be able to drive automatic and manual transmission.
• Must be able stand, walk, and run for short bursts during shift.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
• Present a professional and impeccable appearance with excellent communication skills.
• Able to navigate a bell cart with luggage and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to execute tasks with a high degree of urgency or efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and operate bell cart.
• Escort guests and carry or transport luggage to and from the rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in bell stand and luggage area.
• Work with Security to report suspicious or dangerous/unclaimed luggage.
• Accurately assign and verify vehicle claim tickets upon arrival and retrieval.
• Keep driveway clear of any vehicle that do not require valet assistance, clean areas around booth, and valet area.
• Inspect vehicle and report damages that exist prior to or after parking.
• Other duties as assigned by management
