As a Bell Attendant, you will assist guests with luggage, guide them to rooms, and provide local recommendations while upholding exceptional service standards. This on-site role demands a courteous demeanor, physical stamina, and the ability to balance

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills for guest interactions.
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy weights as part of luggage assistance.
• Capacity to stand and walk for long periods while assisting guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage and personal items.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain room features and services.
• Provide hotel and local recommendations to guests and keep the front-of-house area welcoming.
