Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels, a Hawai‘i-based hospitality leader, is seeking team members who embody aloha and exceptional guest service. You will assist guests, handle baggage, arrange ground transportation, provide information, deliver amenities, and help keep driveways and deliveries coordinated with a service-first attitude.

This role emphasizes flexible days and shifts, teamwork, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction within a culturally rich, growth-minded company.

• Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Loads and unloads guests’ baggage and delivers them to respective rooms
• Assists with arranging ground transportation
• Provides information to guests
• Delivers amenities
• Keeps driveway presentable
• Coordinates traffic/deliveries
• Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
