Champion Xpress Carwash is seeking a Site Leader to manage daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and uphold brand standards. You will lead staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency across the tunnel, lot, lobby, and restrooms.

The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and a commitment to company values, policies, and culture. Expect a hands-on, outdoor work environment with weekly coaching and performance reviews.

Job SummarySite Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, attaining sales/profit goals, hiring, training, and sustaining staff while maintaining company values, policies, culture, and brand standards at all times.
