Job summary

Clara is seeking a Sales Expert to lead growth in Belém, expanding our footprint through strategic client relationships and accountable revenue growth. You will identify opportunities, nurture accounts, and drive sustained partnerships across Latin America.

You will own lead generation, pipeline management, and complex negotiations while partnering with Marketing and Product to tie regional insights to Clara’s broader growth agenda.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in high-growth SaaS or fintech sales.
• Based in Belém with an active local network among finance leaders.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable using AI tools to streamline sales workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle in Pará and identify high-value opportunities.
• Leverage local networks to generate high-quality leads among finance and operations leaders.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline with qualification, outreach, and closure.
• Act as a trusted advisor, tailoring Clara platform solutions to client needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to align regional insights with growth plans.
