Reports To: Electrical Project Manager

Position Summary:

The Electrical Journeyman is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems across commercial, industrial, and medical projects with a minimum of 4-6 years of full-time on the job experience. This includes power distribution, branch circuitry, lighting systems, grounding, equipment terminations, low‑voltage pathways, and underground infrastructure where applicable.

Journeymen are expected to perform work with a high level of craftsmanship, safety awareness, and technical accuracy. They support Foremen and Senior Foremen by executing daily tasks, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring installations meet NEC, NFPA 70E, and company standards.

This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to read and interpret drawings, and a commitment to quality, professionalism, and continuous learning.

Expectations for the role:
