Community Solutions Group is recruiting a senior Behaviour Support Practitioner to lead a team delivering NDIS-aligned supports. You will mentor practitioners, review plans, and ensure high-quality service delivery with the Practice Lead.

The role emphasizes reflective practice, stakeholder engagement, and partnerships to achieve best outcomes for participants. Endorsed at Proficient or Advanced level, you will apply evidence-based approaches, support staff, and drive performance reviews while

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Psychology, Social Work, Developmental Education or similar.
• Endorsement as Proficient or Advanced Practitioner under NDIS standards.
• Strong understanding of good clinical practice and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach practitioners and review positive behaviour support plans with guidance from Practice Lead.
• Foster a team-based approach to reflective practice and service evaluation.
• Monitor team goals and participate in annual performance reviews.
• Collaborate to meet output targets while maintaining best practice and stakeholder relations.
• Develop partnerships with service providers and government bodies to optimise participant outcomes.
• Provide information and advice on evidence-based approaches to reduce challenging behaviour.
