Job summary

BIGGER PICTURE LEARNING GROUP is seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate holds an RBT certification and will implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will collect data, understand Applied Behavior Analysis, and assist clients and students to work through challenging behaviors using evidence-based methods. Strong communication and organization are essential to maintain accurate data and comply with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Job Summary

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, special education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs.
• CPR certified preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to collaborate with teams.
• Highly organized
