Job summary

Lasting Behavioral Solutions is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with Autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on building communication, social, and adaptive skills in a nurturing environment.

Positions are available full-time or part-time in person across South OC, North OC, Central OC, and Carlsbad. Competitive pay based on experience, with benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years or older
High School Diploma required
Reliable transportation, active car insurance, active driver’s license
Ability to pass background checks (DOJ/FBI, Child Abuse Index)
Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in college courses preferred
Experience with children with Autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others

Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
Collaborate with your supervising BCBA to refine intervention strategies.
Create and maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment during sessions.
Communicate effectively with families to ensure consistency and progress.
Follow ethical standards and comply with all relevant regulations.
