Lasting Behavioral Solutions in California is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team. You’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, helping them build communication, social, and adaptive skills.

You’ll contribute to a supportive, nurturing environment, collaborate with your BCBA, and communicate with families to ensure consistency and progress. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay reflect experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or enrolled in college.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Lasting Behavioral Solutions (LBS) is looking for passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team! As a BT at LBS, you’ll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with Autism. You’ll play a key role in helping children build communication, social, and adaptive skills — all while making a real impact in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
