Job summary

Autism Spectrum Connection LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll help build essential skills, promote independence, and support families in home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• ABA experience (preferred).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Effective oral, written, and reading communication skills.
• Ability to follow ITPs and BSPs with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person behavior intervention services in home, school, and community environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record behavioral data to track progress.
• Encourage safe and socially appropriate replacement behaviors.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure effective, consistent support.
• Educate parents on reinforcement techniques and early intervention strategies.
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines.

Position Overview

As a Behavior Technician (BT) at ASC, you will provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism, working under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans. Your work will help children develop essential skills, promote independence, and reach new milestones in home, school, and community settings.
