Job summary

BrightPath LLC is seeking a Behavioral Technician – Vulnerable Adults to support individuals with disabilities in a 24-hour community residential setting in Burnsville, Minnesota. The role requires maturity and the ability to implement structured behavioral supports while ensuring safety and dignity.

Responsibilities include delivering person-centered services, applying Positive Supports and interventions, and assisting with daily activities, documentation, and coordination of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct support experience.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or mental health conditions.
• Ability to follow structured behavior and safety protocols.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass DHS background study.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered services per Coordinated Service and Support Plans.
• Implement Positive Support Strategies and approved interventions.
• Provide medication support consistent with MN Statute 245D.05.
• Assist with ADLs, money management, health coordination, and community access.
• Complete required documentation (progress notes, incident reports, GERs).
• Participate in daily team huddles and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Maintain safety in high-acuity environments (2:1 staffing when required).
