BrightPath LLC is seeking a Behavioral Technician – Vulnerable Adults to support individuals with disabilities in a 24-hour community residential setting in Burnsville, Minnesota. The role requires maturity and the ability to implement structured behavioral supports while ensuring safety and dignity.
Responsibilities include delivering person-centered services, applying Positive Supports and interventions, and assisting with daily activities, documentation, and coordination of care.
Location: Burnsville
Schedule: Full-time; day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available
Reports to: Designated Coordinator
Pay: $21-$26 per hour

This role requires maturity, consistency, and the ability to implement structured behavioral supports while ensuring safety and dignity.
Essential Note: Role requires working with individuals with significant behavioral support needs. Must demonstrate comfort with crisis intervention and physical supportive techniques.
