Support residents in building life skills, routines, and social behaviors Assist with rehabilitation and behavior support programs Monitor and document changes in behavior, mood, or physical condition Provide basic care, such as taking vital signs and assisting with personal needs Administer medication once certified as a Level 1 Medication Aide (training provided) Transport clients to appointments and community activities (driving is required) Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment Participate in emergency response and safety procedures Complete documentation accurately and on time
