Job summary

Behavioral Innovations – Rockwall Treatment Center is hiring entry-level Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth. Schedule: Centers operate 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays.

Full-time preferred; part-time requires 25+ hours weekly. Compensation starts at $15/hr, rising through RBT levels to $21/hr for Senior RBT, with BI support for certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Background check with child abuse registry clearance and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
