Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with behavioral disorders preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans as directed by the supervising behavior analyst.
• Collect data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide feedback to the supervising behavior analyst on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with training and supervision of other staff members.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members.
