Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA in Texas is hiring a Behavior Technician for in-home, part-time work. You will support children 1:1 in building communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills to increase independence.

What You’ll Be Part Of

As a key part of a child’s journey, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their home or community, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills that support greater independence and connection.

Your work may include:

• Supporting children during play, routines, learning activities, and everyday interactions
• Using positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed
• Implementing personalized therapy goals developed by your Clinical Partner (BCBA)
• Helping children improve communication, emotional regulation, and social skills

Collaborating with families and sharing progress in a clear, simple way.

• Tracking session notes and bringing your own observations and ideas into care
