Your work may include:

• Supporting children during play, routines, learning activities, and everyday interactions

• Using positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed

• Implementing personalized therapy goals developed by your Clinical Partner (BCBA)

• Helping children improve communication, emotional regulation, and social skills. Collaborating with families and sharing progress in a clear, simple way

• Tracking session notes and bringing your own observations and ideas into care
