Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA in McKinney, TX is hiring a Behavior Technician to support children in their home or community. This in-home role offers either full-time or part-time hours and focuses on building communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills with 1:1 attention.

You’ll work under a Clinical Partner (BCBA), use positive, relationship-based strategies, track progress, and communicate clearly with families. We value human connection and flexible scheduling to fit families’ needs.

Qualifications

• Be a Behavior Technician or willing to become one (training provided).
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to home-based settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families.

Your work may include:

• Supporting children during play, routines, learning activities, and everyday interactions
• Using positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed
• Implementing personalized therapy goals developed by your Clinical Partner (BCBA)
• Helping children improve communication, emotional regulation, and social skills Collaborating with families and sharing progress in a clear, simple way
• Tracking session notes and bringing your own observations and ideas into care
