Job summary

Bright Pathways is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our in-home, part-time program (20 hours weekly). The position offers $25-$35 per hour and focuses on building communication, social, and daily living skills in children with autism within their home or community.

You'll work 1:1 with children, use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies, and collaborate with families and a Clinical Partner (BCBA) to track progress and tailor goals. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be or become a Behavior Technician; training provided.
• Live nearby with reliable transportation.
• Desire to help a child build an independent life and value human connection.

What You’ll Be Part Of

As a key part of a child’s journey, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their home or community, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills that support greater independence and connection.

Your work may include:

• Supporting children during play, routines, learning activities, and everyday interactions

• Using positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed

• Implementing personalized therapy goals developed by your Clinical Partner (BCBA)

• Helping children improve communication, emotional regulation, and social skills

• Collaborating with families and sharing progress in a clear, simple way

• Tracking session notes and bringing your own observations and ideas into care
