Overview

We are seeking both Entry-Level Behavior Technicians and experienced Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to join our team at Behavioral Innovations.

Join us in our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism and developmental disorders by implementing child-specific ABA programs, tracking progress, and analyzing data. We offer hands-on, entry-level opportunities, including paid training, to help you develop the skills needed to work directly with autistic children.

Essential Job Requirements
  • Obtain RBT Certification within 60 days.
  • Progress through the RBT ladder.

  • Accurately measure and record data during sessions.
  • Collaborate with Lead RBTs for training.
Candidate Profile
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong time management, observation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Preferred experience with children with ASD.
