Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA clinician. The role involves one-on-one interaction with children and execution of individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Essential functions include long periods of standing, sitting, following, lifting, bending and engaging with children on the floor or standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy one-on-one with children under supervision.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBA clinicians.
• Document progress and communicate with supervising BCBA and team.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education
