Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans in center-based settings.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Must meet physical demands (standing, lifting, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans one-on-one with children.
• Maintain data and progress notes.
• Support BCBA with treatment delivery.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education

• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
