Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is hiring for Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Massachusetts. You will deliver direct ABA therapy to children under a BCBA supervisor and follow individualized treatment plans.

We offer competitive hourly pay around $20/hr, comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid holidays and PTO, and weekly pay. Center-based roles with multiple schedules available.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy and treatment under supervision of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Support floor activities and assist with program implementation.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
