LTE Care Plus, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist to work one-on-one with children with autism and developmental disabilities in their homes.

This role offers flexible hours, meaningful part-time opportunities, and strong professional support as you help families implement behavior plans. You will provide compassionate behavioral support, teach daily living and social skills through play, collect progress data, and collaborate with licensed professionals and supervisors to refine

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (especially with autism or developmental disabilities) preferred but not required.
• Be reliable, patient, and eager to learn.
• Communicate effectively and work well in a team.
• Spanish or Mandarin language skills are a plus.
