Job summary

LTE Care Plus, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Therapist to work one-on-one with children with autism and developmental disabilities in their homes.

This role offers flexible hours, part- or full-time options, and meaningful, hands-on experience in a mission-driven environment. You will follow individualized behavior plans, teach daily living and social skills, collect progress data, and collaborate with supervisors to refine interventions, while bringing patience and enthusiasm to each session.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, including those with autism or developmental disabilities, preferred but not required.
• Reliable, patient, and eager to learn.
• Effective communication and ability to work well in a team.
• Second language such as Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.
