Job summary

LTE Care Plus, Inc. is seeking an On Call Behavior Therapist to support children with autism and developmental disabilities in their homes.

This flexible role is ideal for students, recent graduates, or career changers seeking hands-on experience in psychology, education, or social work. You will work on one-on-one sessions, follow behavior plans, and help develop daily living and social skills through playful activities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (especially with autism or developmental disabilities) preferred but not required.
• Reliable, patient, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Second language (Spanish or Mandarin) a plus.
