Qualifications

• Minimum de 6 mois à 1 an d'expérience avec des enfants (préféré ABA).
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
• Être capable de répondre aux demandes rigoureuses du travail.

Responsibilities

• Fournir un traitement ABA direct aux enfants.
• Travailler en un contre un avec les enfants selon les plans de traitement.
• Suivre les directives d'un clinicien BCBA.

Position Description
We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education
> Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
> Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
> Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
> It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
