Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans in a center-based setting.

Minimum HS diploma or GED required; 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred). Competitive pay at $20/hr, with benefits, PTO and opportunities for growth.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience And Education

• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
