Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks compassionate Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children, following individualized treatment plans and supporting daily progress in a center-based setting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months of experience with children; ABA preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Engage with children and monitor progress and response to therapy.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience And Education

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
