Job summary

Kaleidoscope Education Solutions is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver ABA therapy under supervision. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized treatment plans and supporting progress in a center-based setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma or GED.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
