Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA clinician. Roles involve implementing individualized treatment plans with children, in center-based settings, across flexible schedules.

Requirements include a HS Diploma/GED and 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred); willingness to work as part of a team and to meet rigorous job

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must be able to meet physical demands of the job.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education
