Job summary

Bright Achievements is a family-focused Behavioral Health Agency providing home-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We seek caring Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to join our team under supervision of a BCBA. This role offers in-home and community ABA services with a focus on family involvement and meaningful progress.

Part-time position with after-school, evening shifts, and weekend work as needed. Competitive pay between $20.00 and $30.00 per hour, in-person onsite work in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• High school/Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred Registered Behavior Technician certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Previous experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Attend professional development trainings as required.
• Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA principles and teaching procedures.
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain professionalism in all aspects of work.

We are seeking caring and professional, Behavioral Technicians, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Job Responsibilities of a Behavioral Technician:

• Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work

Job Requirements of Behavioral Technician:

• High school/Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience
