Job summary

Bright Achievements is a family-focused behavioral health agency delivering home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism.

We are seeking caring Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to join our team under BCBA supervision to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services in-home and in community settings.

Qualifications

• High school/Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board; certification may be required, and support to obtain it is provided.
• Previous experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities.
• Energetic individuals with a passion to help children and families overcome obstacles.
• Strong communication skills required.
• A valid driver's license.

We are seeking caring and professional Behavioral Technicians, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our team is committed to collaboration, respect, and dedication in supporting children as they reach their fullest potential.

Job Responsibilities of a Behavioral Technician

• Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work

Job Requirements of Behavioral Technician
