Overview

We are seeking both Entry-Level Behavior Technicians and experienced Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to join our mission at Behavioral Innovations. As an energetic and enthusiastic individual, you will join our collaborative team to implement child-specific ABA programs, track client progress, and analyze data. We provide hands-on, entry-level opportunities for those interested in becoming an RBT, including paid training to develop necessary skills for working directly with autistic children.

Candidate Backgrounds

Essential Job Requirements
  • Obtain RBT Certification within 60 days.
  • Progress through the RBT Ladder.
  • Follow written skill acquisition and behavior programs accurately.
  • Build rapport with clients and provide high-quality care.
  • Accurately measure and record data during therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with Lead RBT for training sequences.
Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred experience with children with ASD.
