Intense Behavioral Services in Edison, New Jersey, is seeking a Behavioral Technician to conduct 1:1 individual therapy and follow treatment plans for clients. The ideal candidate will have at least a High School Diploma and preferably a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field. Responsibilities include using evidence-based methods and maintaining patient documentation. • Follow individualized treatment plans for each client

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Take Data Daily Through Data Collection System
• Adhere to all facilities and company standards

Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, education, or related field
• Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
