Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and RBTs to deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in our Chelmsford center. You will work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans and engage with a supportive clinical team.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, independent work ability, and teamwork in a center-based setting with flexible schedules, competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.
