Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide center-based ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 10 years. Responsibilities include delivering therapy, implementing treatment plans under supervision, and collecting behavioral data.

Pay & Career Growth

• Entry Level: $15.00/hr
• RBT I‑V: $16.00–$20.00/hr
• Senior RBT: $21.00/hr

Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED
