Job summary

Behavioral Innovations (BI) is seeking Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Coppell, Texas, to provide ABA therapy to children with autism. This role offers paid training and BCBA supervision, creating a supportive environment for professional growth.

Ideal candidates will possess at least a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. The position allows for flexible career pathways towards BCBA with competitive hourly pay rates ranging from $15.00 to $21.00 depending on experience.

Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years)
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment

Pay & Career Growth

Hourly Pay:

• Entry Level: $15.00/hr
• RBT I–V: $16.00–$20.00/hr
• Senior RBT: $21.00/hr

Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation to the clinic
• Strong communication and organizational skills
