Behavioral Innovations - Benbrook is hiring entry-level Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children ages 18 months through 10 years. Paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth are provided. You'll work 1:1 at the center, collect data, support communication and social skills, and participate in supervision and team collaboration in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).

Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years)
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision

Pay & Career Growth

• Entry Level: $15.00/hr
• RBT I-V: $16.00-$20.00/hr
• Senior RBT: $21.00/hr

What We’re Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation to the clinic
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified)

Preferred

• Active RBT certification
• Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities
• Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields
