Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate individuals to join our Behavioral Support Technician team. You will work closely with a BCBA to implement personalized behavior intervention plans and support clients in learning essential life skills across home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA-based interventions, tracking progress, and communicating with families. Training is provided to help you contribute effectively to client outcomes and team goals.

Responsibilities

  • Implement customized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA to meet client needs.
  • Work one-on-one with clients using ABA methods, such as DTT, naturalistic teaching, and behavior management techniques.
  • Record and document client behavior and progress with the tools and systems provided.
  • Support clients in building skills related to communication, social interaction, self-care, and daily living.
  • Create an encouraging and positive learning environment, promoting client engagement and autonomy.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other professionals to monitor progress and ensure consistency in implementing plans across settings.
  • Maintain clear communication with families, caregivers, and team members, providing updates and sharing important information.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with ABA practices and techniques.

Behavioral Support Technician (BST) Position Summary:

We are looking for compassionate, driven individuals to become Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized behavior intervention plans and support clients in learning important life skills. These services will be delivered across a variety of settings, such as home, school, and community environments. Behavior Technicians are integral in delivering proven interventions, tracking progress, and helping clients reach their full potential.

Behavioral Support Technician (BST) Responsibilities:
