BrightPath LLC seeks experienced behavioral professionals to provide sophisticated support in intensive adult residential programs in Burnsville/Apple Valley, MN.

Role involves implementing advanced strategies for adults with 2:1 staffing, leading crisis prevention, and data-driven interventions to improve outcomes; strong documentation and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience working with severe challenging behaviors OR a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Crisis intervention certification (CPI, MANDT, or equivalent) is required.
• Comfort with physical interventions when necessary and strong documentation skills.
