Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience working with severe challenging behaviors OR a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Crisis intervention certification (CPI, MANDT, or equivalent) is required.
  • Comfort with physical interventions when necessary and strong documentation skills.

Salary: $25-$34/hour
