Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum one to three years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Licensure or certification in behavioral health preferred (BCBA, NCC, CPRP).

Responsibilities

• Develop Behavior Support Plans by conducting Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Design and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans with prevention and intervention strategies.
• Communicate with the individual’s support team and families.
• Document progress and evaluate effectiveness of interventions.
• Provide crisis management and clinical consultation as needed.
• Attend treatment team meetings and participate in professional development.
