Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing BCBA certification within 6 months.
• Ability to establish supportive relationships with individuals receiving supports.
• Ability to maintain composure and exercise good judgment in crises.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral support interventions based on individual needs and assessments.
• Perform ABA assessments (Functional Behavioral Assessment) and develop Behavioral Support Plans.
• Supervise RBT/Behavior Support Specialist staff as needed.
• Implement the approved Behavioral Support Plan and provide Positive Behavioral Supports.
• Collaborate with program staff as part of the clinical team.
