Job summary
Person Driven Clinical Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Behavior Specialist to support individuals with behavioral health needs in Indiana and Armstrong Counties, PA. The role focuses on BSP/RPP development, data collection, and collaborative planning with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, special education, counseling or related health field.
- 2–5 years behavioral support services experience.
- Knowledge of Positive Approaches, Dual Diagnosis, Person Centered Thinking, Trauma Informed Care, group facilitation and staff mentoring is a plus.
- Excellent writing, documentation, and record-keeping; emphasis on FBA and written plans.
Responsibilities
- Complete evaluation/assessment for BSP or RPP needs.
- Collect and evaluate behavioral data; observe individuals to develop BSP/RPP.
- Develop BSP/RPP with family and team input; ensure plans are Person Driven.
- Train and mentor staff on BSP/RPP; implement activities and strategies.
- Monitor BSP/RPP implementation and data; update tracking tools.
