Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to work with children across home, center, and community settings. You’ll use play, evidence-based strategies, and compassionate coaching to build communication, social, and life skills while following personalized plans from our clinical leaders.

No prior experience is required; paid training, ongoing coaching, and a clear career path are provided.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; pace with client.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session — at home, in centers, or in the community.
