Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist to help children build communication, social, and life skills through play, games, and evidence-based strategies. You’ll bring energy and compassion to each session—whether at a child’s home, one of our centers, or out in the community—and follow personalized plans designed by our clinical leaders for flexible, goal-oriented growth.

No prior experience is required; we’ll train you and support you every step of the way.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session at home, in centers, or in the community.
