Job summary

This position involves implementing behavioral interventions, effective scheduling, documentation, and crisis management. Key qualifications include a Master's degree in a relevant field, a vehicle, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
• Strong understanding of ODP behavioral support standards and interventions.
• Ability to mentor Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and caregivers.
