Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience working with adults with mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Provide interventions focusing on problem solving, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement.
• Assist the team with ongoing assessments of client symptoms and responses to interventions.
• Support clients in recovery and rehabilitation with goal development.
• Ensure services are culturally competent, strengths-based, and client-centered.
• Assist clients with transportation to work sites, activities, and appointments.
