Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Specialist I to join the Adult Community Clinical Service (ACCS) team in Massachusetts.

You will provide person-centered interventions and support to adults facing severe mental health challenges, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in residential or community settings. Responsibilities include assessing client symptoms, aiding in recovery goals, and ensuring services are culturally competent and strengths-based,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.
• Experience working with adults with mental illness preferred.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide interventions and support to adults with severe mental illness.
• Collaborate with ACCS team to assess client symptoms and progress.
• Support daily activities, transportation, and appointments for clients.
• Ensure culturally competent, strengths-based rehabilitation services.
